نظام التقنين للمباني
نظام تقنين المباني هو نظام لترخيص المباني القائمه التي قام الملاك ببنائها بدون الحصول على التراخيص اللازمه للبناء(مباني مخالفه) ويقوم المالك بتكليف استشاري للقيام بترخيص هذه المباني حسب الاجراءات التاليه:
امر تكليف من المالك للاستشاري -
يقوم الاستشاري بالزياره الموقعيه ومعاينه المباني واخذ الصور اللازمه -
يتم عمل مخططات معماريه تفصيليه للمباني حسب الوضع القائم مع مطابقتها بقوانين البلديه لمثل هذه الاضافات -
يقوم الاستشاري بعمل تقرير انشائي لبيان صلاحيه وامان هذه المباني للاستخدام من قبل الساكنين -
تقدم جميع المخططات والمستندات والتعهدات من الاستشاري والمالك للبلديه للاعتماد -
وبذلك في حاله تم الاعتماد تصبح هذه المباني مرخصه ويمكن للمالك لاحقا التقدم باي تراخيص اخرى حسب الاجراءات
