The Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) was established to facilitate and regulate access to transportation and road service systems across Abu Dhabi. Operating under the supervision of the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), ITC is responsible for managing a wide range of functions, including public transportation, parking operations, traffic monitoring centers, axle weight control stations, and logistical facilities supporting surface freight and the broader road network.

Through these coordinated efforts, the ITC ensures the implementation of approved transport strategies that enhance the efficiency, safety, and quality of mobility services, contributing to a sustainable and well-organized transportation system throughout the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
